What we collect

Information you send us on WhatsApp or email, such as your name, phone number, course details, assignment briefs and deadlines.
Website usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, device and browser type, IP address and approximate location. When you use the contact form we also record the IP address it was sent from, to prevent spam and abuse. If you arrive from an advertisement, we may receive information about that ad click.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and deliver the support you request.
To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising (including through Meta advertising tools).
To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your details or your work with your school, college or university. We use service providers such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Meta for advertising measurement; these providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and, where enabled, advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
